Former resident returns to New York facing federal drug charges

A former New York resident is back in the state again, this time to face federal criminal charges after allegedly being connected to a drug distribution ring operating within the state. The drug charges involve allegations that he led a drug distribution ring that purportedly distributed steroids, oxycodone, and cocaine. At his arraignment hearing before a U.S. District Court judge in New York, he was ordered to be held without bail after the judge claimed he poses an imminent danger to the community.

Suspected fraud, white collar crimes lead to New York arrests
